Yes, there are the St Martin 2014 schedule up already to we will be heading to St Martin with cameras to catch the entertainment, then we'll cover the Heineken Regatta, Dutch St Maarten then begins, which means nothing but wild bachannalia and then we go to Saba and Statia to enjoy theirs. By August Monday it's time to head to Anguilla and tear the Valley up. Then a couple months to break, enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas, then we're back on the road. VIDEO DUTCH ST MAARTEN ROUGH AND RUGGED 2013 DUTCHSIDE SASSY, FRENCH ST MARTIN SASSY.

Both Carnivals Dutch and French. It is a great time where the girls and the guy get to break loose once per year. Yes there are criticism especially when the girl get wild during Second Day Parade etc. but it's all pure ADULT entertainment and fun!!! There will be outragous acts, humorous acts. You will see girls dancing behind other girls, and girl bending boys over just to entertain the crowds, and the crowds love it Visitors or more conservative parents and fans can stick to French St Martin Carnival. They are "classy" they are all about beautiful costumes, choreography and makeup. They perform in heels which is very difficult so there is less improvised movement, and more choreography. I have some great video. There' good and bad new. The bad new is when I returned in 2009 I only had two very cheap-cheap cameras. Togehter they were worth 200 bucks. That didn't stop me. I came out with my to handycams. I was new, and I'm very small at 5'5 110-115 pound. So the big boys, with the big budgets tried to intimidate me, they had the money and the cameras. I had nothing, I got paid NOTHING, a brought in MILLIONS with my little low qualitiy cameras. Now I've upgraded so every year there will be better quality. You will notice a huge contrast in quality between my 2009 videos and 2014 and beyond. I shoot both hands at the same time. Right hand video, left hand photo. I was forced to do this because I realized that if you really want something done in St Maarten, you'd better be prepared to do it yourself so I did.
I do get criticism because it can be raunchy and wild. But ALL of my videos are carefully labelled. When you read "St Maarten girls gone wild", Jouvert or Second Day. The video will be wild, outrageous and raunchy. It is not for kids but shot for adults!
I also do behind the scenes with the bands, the music, the makeup, and I cover the children' parade.
So when you have your minor kid, take them to the children's parades or even to the French St Martin Carnival where they are very lady like.
The American, Europeans and Canadians I know, love the Dutch Carnival ... did you say FREE liquour and uninhibited girls shaking their little booties in delight?
Then Dutch St Maarten carnival is your thing.
Or you can be like me and cover BOTH event which are very unique and shows just how close St Martin and Sint Maarten are, but our cultures are individual.

DUTCH SINT MAARTEN FRENCH ST MARTIN SCHEDULES ARE OUT......IT'S ON CARNIVAL/CARNAVAL 2014!

St Maarten St Martin Carnival 2014 ....one of the best part of the Caribbean. We have published the Dutch Schedule, we now have the St Martin schedule, but we need a better poster to represent our St Martin. St Maarten and St Martin are know for their distinctly different carnival. We say St Martin classy, Sint Maarten sassy. St Martin Carnival is very much about culture, elaborate costumes, choreography and style. Dutch Sint Maarten do show their most elaborate costumes during the Grand Parade, but every other celebration is a wild bachanal, jouvert, 2nd day...it's for those who simply want to get outrageous. We are contacting troups and bands those who want to join in St Maarten, and those who want to come and Join they can. We will be speaking to organizers, bands etc. and getting you all the details here. Dutch St Maarten carnival, St Martin Carnival and maybe even some Anguilla

FRENCH ST MARTIN CARNIVAL DETAILS MUCH MORE TO COME

MARIGOT--Festivités Carnavalesque de St. Martin (FCDSM) released its 2014 poster and programme on Friday. Warm-ups for Carnival will begin as early as February 2, with the first pre-parade.

The committee also confirmed the names of the registered troupes that will be participating in the parades. They are; Crazy Bacchanal Sea Breeze, ASC Locomotiv, Hot N'Spicy, Association Dominicaine, Cameleon Hospital, Explosive Butterfinger, Gems of India, Ageless and Beautiful Bethany Home, Grand Case Cultural Association and SOS, Amicale Tourism Office and Gunslingers Steel Pan.

I used a $100 dollar camera. It's not all big bucks. No money teaches you how to accomplish everything without money. Lessons learned.

When you go to Youtube, and you see the Nokturna9 St Maarten Carnival gone wild etc videos, you'll notice that St Maarten Carnival videos can pull in more views than Brazil and even Trinidad. The videos are popular because the music is really good, and the St Maarten girl are not shy. Especially when it comes to troupes like Survivor, everybody is always waiting to see what they're going to do next. The only bad video on Youtube is a boring video. The St Maarten girls don't have no boring wine. Because I'm always shooting video and photo during the carnival, I never get to really enjoy Carnival when I'm there. It's when I get back and start editing the video, or cutting the videos to a Mastersound, is when I realize how good it was.

Everyone notices something is different with this Band. They are the Youthwave crew outta St Martin!!! They sound different, and it's a good,unique difference. I get a lot of question from South America, where MILLIONS have viewed my Youthwave videos. People in St Maarten don't realize that not only does the majority of the world not know that St Maarten exists, they certainly have never heard our music. When I was shooting dance videos in St Louis and Illinois, the number one question was about the movements and about the music. So rather than trying to explain to millions, I decided to shoot the carnival live in St Maarten. Over 15 million views later, and people want more. So now I'm posting the photos and videos with actual blogs. St Maarten musicians on Youtube are blowing up Africa to Peru. People love the dance videos, but they also love the behind the scenes, on the trucks with the bands, the musicians interacting with the dancers. They've never seen St Maarten Carnival before, and the fact that St Maarten St Martin has TWO unique, individual carnivals makes it even more interesting to the rest of the world. St Maarten government will blow 500.000 dollars on Tempo, but would NEVER invest in its own local talents. Why? Because St Maarten governmetn doesn't want the locals with a worldwide audience, that makes them more dependent on Government for funds, and less likely to sing the truth. The music is very dancible, but the words can be cutting to the government when they are criticized. The St Maarten government only promot the bands and calypsonians that they have bought. They get all the awards and prizes, funding and promotion. One or two people get all the money, when there are hundreds of talented musicians in St Maarten/St Martin

Yes St Maarten Carnival is known for its originality. Dutch St Maarten is known as "sassy" because there's more emphasis on wuk-up and whining. St Martin is known as "classy". Choreographed routines, drumming bands. to each his own. I like both because they're both unique.
